Getting to Sunland

Take the 210 Freeway and exit at sunland blvd.Thomas Guide page 503 E3

Proceed EAST on Sunland Blvd toward Mt Lukens

Including the light at Fenwick Street there are 4 Traffic Signals

At Oro Vista Ave the 4th signal, turn left.(Thomas Guide page 503 G3) A Chevron gas station is on the SE corner, a Jack in the Box NW corner & 7 Eleven NE corner.

Oro Vista Ave ends at The Big Tujunga Wash in roughly 9/10th's mile, and becomes Big Tujunga Canyon Road it also bears right/east

 

Follow Big Tujunga Canyon Road for about 5 8/10 miles passing Mt Gleason Ave, Camp Louis Roth, Over a Bridge, Trail Canyon Rd, Delta Flats(Ottie Rd), Ybarra Ranch, to Doske Rd turn right here(page 4643, sub page 4724 F5) .Unless they've been vandalized there are several signs for Wildwood picnic on Big Tujunga Canyon Road
